Anyone who digs dub will definitely appreciate this gem. The group Hightone hails from Lyon, France where they are considered to be the Euro leaders in the dub movement. The group draws upon many influences but seems to stick to 3 main areas: 70's dub, electronic music, and ethnic music. The combo of heavy electro bass and Jamaican riddims makes for a perfect mix...Check their site as well to listen to streaming media...Is that a Sarah Silverman sample on the 1st track?
